Shot some test footage, decided to make something out of it.
Quickly edited and graded in Resolve.
Overall very impressed with the 4K image. Not so much with the slow motion 1080p. There seems to be a LOT of RGB noise. Not sure if that is the Cineform decoder or not though.
Hey, Silvertonesx24, looks great!
In regards to the noise in slow-motion recording, what ISO settings did you use? In the manual the recommended ISO settings are 320 or 200 at HiSpeed mode, to get lower noise.
All was shot at 200. I’d guess there is some horrid line skipping going on with the sensor dropping to 1080p. Here is an ungraded still.
Whoa, there’s some horrible fringing going on. Which Zeiss lenses did you use?
Yeah it’s common with the Zeiss line. Shot with Distagon/Planar T* 50mm and 35mm lenses. I find it annoying but worth the tradeoff for as good as the glass is otherwise.
