The Kinefinity Support Thread

    Since one of the bigger concerns of this brand seems to be lack of support vs more established options- especially for North American support, I figured I’d start this thread for people to share their experiences with Kinefinity support.

    I had a few basic questions regarding my camera, and requested to activate the SDI option. Contacted support Thursday night, and as of Sunday morning no response yet.

    Anyone else have any experiences?

    From my experience with support, they have been quick to reply. The cause of their delay currently will be because they are setting up for NAB. They are only a small team, so are all probably there lol.

    Thanks that makes sense, they just got back to me this morning. Unfortunately, SDI, unlike the other options, can’t be activated without sending the whole camera back, but they were able to take care of my other needs.

    On my side, I’ve had only quick and efficient reactions from Kinefinity.
